The interview will show them presenting a visual history of themselves in line with the requirements for the advertised position .For an employer this represents a powerful tool for selecting a short list from possible applicants. This will reduce costs considerable at their selection stages, affording a better targeted short list of jobseekers that have shown interest in the vacancy.
